• *About the Role**

We are looking for a talented and self\-driven **MERN Stack Developer** with hands\-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in **Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and React.js**, along with strong front\-end fundamentals. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop, enhance, and deploy high\-quality software solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full\-stack web applications using the **MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)**.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services with **Node.js \& Express.js**.
• Implement and manage databases using **MongoDB and MySQL**, including schema design and query optimization.
• Develop responsive and interactive UI components using **React.js**, **Redux**, and **Redux Toolkit**.
• Work with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and modern styling frameworks to create clean and user\-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate third\-party APIs, libraries, and tools as needed.
• Manage source code using **Git**, follow branching strategies, and participate in code reviews.
• Support **CI/CD processes** and assist in deployment on **company local servers or cloud environments**.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for improved performance.
• Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high\-quality features.
• Follow best coding practices, maintain documentation, and ensure application security and scalability.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **5\+ years of professional experience** as a MERN Stack or Full\-Stack Developer.
• Strong hands\-on experience with:
• **Node.js, Express.js**
• **MongoDB \& MySQL** (data modeling, CRUD operations, queries)
• **React.js**, **Redux**, **Redux Toolkit**
• **JavaScript (ES6\+)**, **HTML5**, **CSS3**
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and modern JS patterns.
• Experience with **Git**, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines**, build tools, and automated deployment.
• Experience deploying applications on **local servers** or Linux\-based environments.
• Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security practices.
• Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills.

• *Good to Have (Optional)**

• Experience with Docker, PM2, Nginx, or cloud services.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• Experience with Agile development practices.
