• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **MERN Full Stack Developer** to design and develop modern, scalable web applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, using **MongoDB**, **Express.js**, **React**, and **Node.js** to deliver high\-performance and user\-friendly solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop full\-stack web applications using the **MERN** stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Collaborate with the UX/UI designers to implement user\-friendly and responsive interfaces.
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both frontend and backend.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs, services, and databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code.
• Develop, test, and deploy new features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues across the entire stack.
• Collaborate in an agile development environment and attend daily standups and sprint planning.
• Stay up\-to\-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• *Skills and Qualifications:**

• **Proven experience** as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in the **MERN** stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Strong proficiency in **JavaScript** (ES6\+), **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and front\-end development frameworks (React.js, Redux).
• Experience with **RESTful APIs** and **GraphQL** integration.
• Solid understanding of **NoSQL databases** like **MongoDB**.
• Experience with **version control** systems like **Git**.
• Familiarity with **authentication protocols** (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.
• Understanding of **UI/UX principles** and responsive web design.
• Ability to write **unit tests** and work in a test\-driven development environment.
• Knowledge of **Docker**, **CI/CD pipelines**, and **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Experience with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies and tools like **Jira**.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• *Education \& Experience:**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 year of professional experience in full\-stack development, particularly with the MERN stack.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From ₹25,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
