MERN Stack Developer : 3 to 4 years

We are looking for an experienced **MERN Stack Developer with 3\-4 years of hands\-on experience** in building scalable, responsive, and high\-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with practical experience in AI\-assisted development and Vibe Coding tools.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and manage databases using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Integrate front\-end components with back\-end services and third\-party APIs.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Use AI\-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and prototyping.
• Write clean, maintainable code and collaborate with cross\-functional teams.
• Manage source code using Git and participate in code reviews and deployment.

#### **Required Skills:**

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6\+), TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with REST APIs, database optimization, responsive design, and Git.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Hands\-on familiarity with **Vibe Coding tools** such as Lovable, Base44, and Google Antigravity.
• Experience using **AI development tools** such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and application development.
• Ability to validate and optimize AI\-generated code while maintaining quality, security, and performance.

#### **Education:**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
