• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high\-performance web applications from scratch, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend solutions.

• *Key** **Responsibilities**

• Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire stack.
• Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks.
• Design and implement secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Model, manage, and optimize NoSQL databases using MongoDB, ensuring efficient query performance and data integrity.
• Integrate third\-party services, APIs, and authentication mechanisms like JWT or OAuth.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

• *Required Technical Skills**

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Full\-Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6\+) and modern frontend paradigms.
• Hands\-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Strong understanding of server\-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid experience working with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and indexing.
• Proficiency with version control tools, specifically Git and GitHub.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Heroku is a plus.

• *Soft Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Bachelors degree in Computer Science**, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
