We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team and contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and high\-performance web and mobile applications.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Develop, test, and maintain full\-stack web and mobile applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Implement and optimize Next.js for server\-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Design, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js (core backend framework).
• Work on database architecture and optimization using MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high\-quality solutions.
• Maintain clean, reusable code, proper documentation, and adhere to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across both web and mobile applications.

• *Must\-Have Skills**

• Frontend (Web \& Mobile): React.js, React ,Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend (Core): Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• DevOps \& Cloud: Docker, AWS, Firebase
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Other Core Competencies: Security \& performance optimization, responsive design, modular architecture, and scalable API development using Nest.js

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX, etc.).
• Hands\-on experience with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth, etc.).  Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience integrating mobile APIs and third\-party SDKs.
• Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

• Expertise in Nest.js for building modular, maintainable, and testable backend architectures.
• Exposure to microservices\-based systems, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and distributed application design.
• Experience with monorepo management tools (e.g., Nx, Turborepo) for scalable backend and frontend codebases.
• Knowledge of API gateway design, versioning, and middleware development.
• Familiarity with Dockerized deployments and container orchestration using AWS ECS or Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing role\-based access control (RBAC), advanced caching, and background job processing.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
