• *About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated **MERN Stack Developer** with strong hands\-on experience in **Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and React.js** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of web application development, API integration, database management, and responsive UI development.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using **Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB**.
• Build responsive and user\-friendly web interfaces.
• Develop and integrate **RESTful APIs** for seamless data communication.
• Design and manage **MongoDB databases**.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective web solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging web development technologies and best practices.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• **3\+ years of professional experience** in web development.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and React.js**.
• Good knowledge of **REST API development and integration**.
• Strong understanding of **responsive design and UI/UX**.
• Good problem\-solving and debugging skills.
