• *Job Summary**

We are looking for **trained freshers** who have completed **MERN Stack training, internships, or academic projects** and are eager to start their career in software development. The candidate will work on real\-time product applications under the guidance of senior developers.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in developing web applications using **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js**
• Work on front\-end UI development using **React.js**
• Support backend development and API creation using **Node.js \& Express.js**
• Write clean and maintainable code under guidance
• Debug basic issues and fix bugs
• Participate in daily team meetings and learning sessions
• Work on assigned modules and complete tasks within deadlines
• Learn and follow coding standards and best practices

• *Required Skills \& Knowledge**

• Basic understanding of **JavaScript**
• Knowledge of **React.js fundamentals (Components, Props, State)**
• Basic knowledge of **Node.js \& Express.js**
• Understanding of **MongoDB / NoSQL database basics**
• Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, Bootstrap**
• Basic understanding of REST APIs
• Knowledge of Git is an added advantage

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Completed **MERN Stack training / certification / internship**
• Degree in **B.Tech / B.Sc (Computers) / BCA / MCA or related field**
• Must have **at least 1–3 academic or personal projects**
• Good communication and willingness to learn
