Job Description
- *Role \& Responsibilities**
Campaign Setup \& Execution
● Execute, set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta
(Facebook \& Instagram)
● Create and manage Sales, Lead Generation, Traffic, Retargeting, ABO, CBO,
and Advantage\+ Shopping campaigns
● Configure campaign objectives, budgets, bidding strategies, schedules, and
placements
● Upload creatives, ad copies, headlines, and CTAs accurately
● Ensure campaigns follow internal naming conventions and account structure
● Perform campaign QA before launch to ensure error\-free execution
Campaign Optimization
● Monitor campaign performance daily and take timely optimization actions
● Pause underperforming campaigns and scale winning campaigns
● Optimize budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to improve efficiency
● Refresh fatigued creatives and maintain healthy campaign performance
● Execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures
● Maintain optimal campaign performance while reducing acquisition costs
Audience Management
● Build and manage Broad, Interest\-Based, Lookalike, Custom, and Retargeting
Audiences
● Create audience exclusions to minimize overlap
● Monitor audience performance and recommend improvements
Analytics \& Reporting
● Pull and analyze campaign performance data from Meta Ads Manager
● Track and monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPC,
CPM, CTR, CVR, Frequency, and Spend
● Identify optimization opportunities based on campaign performance
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
● Highlight performance trends and recommend next steps
Budget Management \& Scaling
● Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets efficiently
● Allocate budgets based on campaign performance
● Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
● Monitor budget pacing and ensure effective spend utilization
Tracking \& Attribution
● Ensure proper Pixel implementation and event tracking
● Verify Conversion API (CAPI) setup and event mapping
● Validate campaign tracking, UTMs, and attribution settings
● Troubleshoot tracking issues and coordinate with the technical team when
required
- *Account Management**
● Monitor overall account health and campaign delivery
● Troubleshoot campaign issues and delivery bottlenecks
● Maintain a clean and organized Meta Ads account structure
● Stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Meta Performance Marketing / Meta Ads Executive Profiles.
- Mandatory (Experience 1\): Must have 1\+ years of hands\-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) campaigns for D2C, E\-commerce, or Digital Marketing Agency clients.
- Mandatory (Experience 2\): Proven experience in launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta advertising campaigns, including Sales, Lead Generation, Traffic, Retargeting, ABO, CBO, and Advantage\+ Shopping campaigns.
- Mandatory (Experience 3\): Strong hands\-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, placements, ad uploads, campaign QA, and account structuring.
- Mandatory (Experience 4\): Strong experience in campaign optimization through A/B testing, creative refreshes, audience optimization, budget scaling, and improving campaign performance while reducing CPA/CAC.
- Mandatory (Experience 5\): Strong analytical skills with hands\-on experience tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, Frequency, and Spend using Meta Ads Manager and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Mandatory (Experience 6\): Basic hands\-on knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), event tracking, attribution, UTM tracking, and troubleshooting tracking issues.
- Mandatory (Domain): Must have prior experience working with D2C, E\-commerce, Consumer Brands, Health \& Wellness Brands, or Performance Marketing Agencies managing Meta Ads campaigns.
