Job Summary

We are looking for a results\-driven **Meta Ads Executive** to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook \& Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in campaign planning, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
• Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising policies and industry trends.
• Ensure campaigns achieve lead generation and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Pixel setup, Conversion API, and event tracking.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, dental, or service\-based marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with a data\-driven approach.
