Profile Overview

We are looking for a results\-driven **Meta Ads Expert** with practical experience in managing and optimizing Facebook \& Instagram advertising campaigns. The candidate should have strong knowledge of campaign strategy, audience targeting, lead generation, performance optimization, and conversion\-focused advertising.

What Will You Do?

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, traffic, sales, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
• Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, bidding, and performance.
• Track key metrics such as **CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS**.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data\-driven optimization strategies.
• Identify performance drops and opportunities for campaign scaling.
• Coordinate with the creative team for high\-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Manage multiple campaigns and accounts while meeting defined performance goals.

Skills Required

• 1\+ years of hands\-on experience in **Meta/Facebook Ads**.
• Strong knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager**.
• Practical experience with Lead Generation, Traffic, Sales, and Conversion campaigns.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Understanding of **Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking**.
• Good understanding of campaign budgeting, bidding, and scaling.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
• Good knowledge of ad creatives and performance\-based ad copy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

• *Preferred:** Candidates with digital marketing agency experience and experience handling multiple client accounts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
