RKR Pvt. Ltd. operates an established brand with a 6\-year\-old Instagram page and a proven track record of generating revenue through Meta Ads. We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert to scale our existing campaigns, increase sales, and drive profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

\- Plan, manage, and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

\- Optimize campaigns to increase revenue and maintain a profitable ROAS.

\- Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, and retargeting campaigns.

\- Test ad creatives, copy, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

\- Monitor key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

\- Analyze campaign data and implement strategies to improve results.

\- Track performance and share regular campaign reports.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

\- Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in Meta Ads.

\- Proven experience managing sales\-focused advertising campaigns.

\- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

\- Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.

\- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining advertising profitability.

\- Data\-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

• *Salary \& Benefits**

• *Salary:** ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

• *Performance Bonus:** Additional incentives based on campaign performance and business growth.
