About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical **Meta Ads Intern** who is interested in learning and working on Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, setting up, and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Learn to work with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
• Research target audiences, interests, demographics, and customer behaviour.
• Assist in creating ad copies, headlines, captions, and creative briefs.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, clicks, impressions, and conversions.
• Understand and track important metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Assist with A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Analyse campaign reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad banners, images, and video creatives.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Interest in performance marketing and paid advertising.
