Job Title: Google \& Meta Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Location: Delhi (On\-site)Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) campaigns.
• Generate high\-quality leads for salons, clinics, real estate, education, and local businesses.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Set up conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high\-converting ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 6 months to 3\+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with landing page optimization.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations and automation tools.
• Basic understanding of copywriting for ads.
• Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitable CPL.
