DO EDUCATION PVT. LTD. is looking for a skilled and result\-oriented Meta \& Google Ads Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaign management, lead generation, remarketing and conversion tracking.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display and YouTube Ads.
• Create and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Generate high\-quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR and ROI.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop remarketing strategies to improve lead conversion.
• Analyse campaign reports and implement optimisation strategies.
• Work with WhatsApp automation platforms and AI\-based lead management tools.
• Support digital marketing campaigns for the education sector and student admission requirements.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC and performance marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Experience in lead generation and campaign optimisation.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp automation and AI marketing tools will be an advantage.
• Education industry experience will be preferred.
