Meta google ads specialist

We are looking for a results\-driven Google \& Meta Ads Specialist to plan, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook \& Instagram). The ideal candidate should have experience in performance marketing, lead generation, eCommerce advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising trends and policies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\).
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification.
• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Professional.
• Experience in eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets.
