Microsoft Cloud Native Lead

Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10\+ years of overall IT experience, including 6 to 8 years of hands\-on experience in .NET Core, Azure Functions, React JS, Azure cloud services, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have strong end\-to\-end application development experience, cloud\-native solution exposure, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The candidate should also have exposure to AI\-enabled software development practices, including the use of AI tools across the SDLC and experience with AI\-assisted coding / vibe coding approaches to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET Core, React JS, Azure, Azure Functions, and SQL. Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless components using .NET Core and Azure Functions. Develop responsive and user\-friendly front\-end applications using React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks/libraries. Work with Azure cloud services for application hosting, integration, monitoring, storage, and deployment. Design and optimize relational database solutions using SQL Server / Azure SQL. Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders. Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and API security standards. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes. Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Leverage AI\-based tools to assist in code generation, refactoring, unit testing, documentation, defect analysis, and productivity improvements.
