We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft D365 CRM Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise\-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, exceptional architectural capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high\-performance CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end\-to\-end architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions, particularly in Sales and Marketing modules.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement customizations, including:
+ Plugins
+ Workflows
+ Power Automate flows
+ Custom APIs and integrations
* Architect and implement integrations with external systems using
+ Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
+ REST/SOAP APIs
+ Middleware platforms
- Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, data security, and governance compliance.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and solution validation processes.
- Drive adoption and implementation of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas Apps).
- Support upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and architectural issues.
- *Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5\+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong expertise in:
+ D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
+ C\#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
+ Dataverse and plugin development
+ Power Platform
- Hands\-on experience with Azure cloud services and integration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, and security principles.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge of:
+ RESTful services
+ Event\-driven architecture
+ Microservices architecture
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Experience in large\-scale enterprise implementations.
- Exposure to SAFe / Agile delivery models.

- Experience integrating with third\-party systems such as ERP platforms or payment gateways.
