We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) Implementer with 8–12 years of experience in endpoint security to design, deploy, and manage enterprise\-grade endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions. The role involves implementing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across diverse environments, configuring security controls, and enabling advanced threat detection and response capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to strengthen endpoint security posture, ensure compliance, and drive effective adoption of Microsoft security solutions.

• *What You'll Do:**

• We are looking for a 8\-12 years in Endpoint Security including implementation of Microsoft Defender. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Implementation
• Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) across Windows, macOS, Linux endpoint/servers for Endpoint
• Onboard devices using Intune, Group Policy, scripts, or other supported methods
• Configure and enforce endpoint security baselines and policies
• Enable and tune advanced EDR capabilities: Security Configuration \& Hardening
• Configure attack surface reduction (ASR) rules
• Implement exploit protection, antivirus, firewall, and device control policies
• Apply least\-privilege and zero\-trust principles to endpoint security
• Fine\-tune alerts to reduce false positives and improve signal quality Integration \& Automation

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• Integrate MDE with: Intune / Endpoint Manager Azure AD (Entra ID) Support alert ingestion, automation, and response workflows
• Assist with endpoint security reporting and dashboards Operations \& Governance
• Support rollout planning, phased deployments, and migrations from legacy EDR tools
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and audit requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
