Job Description

We are looking for experienced **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) Developers** with strong hands\-on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and enterprise CRM development.

• *Important:** Only candidates currently available on the bench will be considered. A valid passport is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE applications.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, PCF controls, JavaScript and TypeScript components.
• Build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs, and Azure API Management.
• Implement CRM customizations using C\#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Web APIs.
• Support both Dynamics 365 cloud and Dynamics CRM on\-premises environments.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations with external systems and enterprise applications.
• Implement role\-based security, field\-level security, authentication, and authorization.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployments, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment support materials.

Required Technical Skills

• 5–7 years of hands\-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE development.
• Strong experience in C\#, .NET, CRM Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Actions.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Hands\-on experience developing PCF controls using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Good knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and reporting.
• Hands\-on experience with Dynamics CRM on\-premises and Dynamics 365 cloud.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, build pipelines, and release management.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development experience.
• Currently available on the bench for immediate deployment.
• Valid passport is mandatory.
• Hands\-on development experience, not just functional or production support.
• Experience with both cloud and on\-premises Dynamics CRM environments.
