• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer** with **5\+ years of hands\-on experience** in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement) development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **C\#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript**, Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while collaborating with cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) solutions.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and custom workflows.
• Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain applications using **C\#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript**.
• Build and enhance solutions using **Power Apps** and **Power Automate**.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and third\-party systems using Azure services.
• Implement authentication and Single Sign\-On (SSO) using **Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)**.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high\-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement)** development.
• Strong programming skills in:
• C\#
• .NET Framework/.NET Core
• JavaScript or TypeScript
• Hands\-on experience in:
• Dynamics 365 Customization
• Plugin Development
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• Custom APIs
• Experience with **Power Platform**, including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Experience with **Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)** for authentication and Single Sign\-On (SSO).
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and external systems.
• Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
