Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Fabric expert to lead the setup, implementation, governance, and ongoing management of enterprise analytics and automation solutions. This role will own the end\-to\-end Microsoft Fabric environment, including data engineering, reporting, workflow automation, and platform optimization using Power BI and Power Automate.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with stakeholder management skills and experience delivering scalable business intelligence and automation solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Fabric Implementation \& Management
- Lead the design, setup, and implementation of Microsoft Fabric architecture
- Build and manage Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, and OneLake environments
- Configure security, governance, monitoring, and workspace management
- Manage Fabric capacity, performance optimization, and cost control
- Develop enterprise data models and medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
Power BI Development \& Governance
- Design interactive dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports
- Build semantic models, DAX calculations, and optimized datasets
- Implement Row\-Level Security (RLS) and governance standards
- Manage deployment pipelines and report lifecycle processes
- Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
Power Automate \& Process Automation
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate workflows across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, APIs, and third\-party systems
- Improve operational efficiency through process automation
- Maintain and troubleshoot automation solutions
Data Engineering \& Integration
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric Data Factory and Spark
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, SQL, APIs, cloud storage, and SaaS platforms
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability
Leadership \& Support
- Act as SME for Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform
- Create best practices, standards, and documentation
- Train internal users and provide ongoing platform support
- Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors
Required Skills \& ExperienceMandatory Skills
- Strong hands\-on experience with **Microsoft Fabric**
- Advanced **Power BI** development skills
- Strong experience with **Power Automate**
- SQL and data modeling expertise
- Experience with Azure Data Services
- Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
- Knowledge of governance and security best practices
- Stakeholder communication and project management skills
Preferred Skills
- Azure Synapse / Data Factory experience
- Python or PySpark knowledge
- API integrations
- Power Apps exposure
- Microsoft certifications (PL\-300, DP\-600, DP\-700\)
Experience Required
- **5–10\+ years** in Data \& Analytics / BI / Data Engineering
- **2–4\+ years** specifically in Microsoft Fabric or modern Azure analytics platforms
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹3,000,000\.00 per year
