Microsoft Power Apps Senior Technical Lead

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support business applications and automations on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your core strength will be Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will also need a working knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) so you can extend SharePoint and Teams experiences when low\-code alone isn't enough. We want someone who takes ownership of their deliverables, works well in a team, and communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model\-driven Power Apps that meet business requirements.

• Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows (and desktop flows where applicable), including error handling,

retries, and logging.

• Model data in Dataverse and SharePoint Lists. Configure security roles, business rules, and environment\-level

settings.

• Integrate with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel) and external systems using standard and

custom connectors, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph

• Develop and maintain basic\-to\-intermediate SPFx solutions (web parts, extensions) and embed them alongside Power

Apps / Power Automate solutions.

• Manage solutions across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) using managed/unmanaged solutions and ALM practices.
• Gather requirements, translate them into technical design and walk stakeholders through demos.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root\-cause analysis, and provide timely fixes.
• Document solutions, including architectures.
• Follow governance, DLP policies, and security best practices.

• *Skill Requirements**

Primary (Power Platform)

• Strong hands\-on experience with Power Apps and component libraries.
• Strong experience with Power Automate: triggers, expressions, child flows, approvals, and API integration.
• Experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, views).
• Knowledge of solution packaging, environment management and deployment pipelines.

Secondary (SPFx – working knowledge)

• Ability to build, debug, and deploy SPFx web parts and extensions using React/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with the SPFx toolchain (Node.js, Yeoman, gulp, npm) and the app catalog deployment model.
• Understanding of PnPjs / Microsoft Graph calls from SPFx.
• Ability to read and modify existing SPFx code and follow its patterns

General

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).

Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps or sol and CI/CD.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
