• *Key Responsibilities :**

• *1\) Lead Generation \& Prospecting :**

\- Identify potential clients through **LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and industry** platforms.

\- **Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for web, mobile, and AI development services**.

\- Maintain an **active pipeline through consistent outreach and follow\-ups**.

• *2\) Client Engagement :**

\- Communicate with prospects via **email, LinkedIn, and the best possible channels**.

\- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide preliminary insights.

\- Familiarity with **international markets (US, UK, Europe, etc.)**

• *3\) Sales Coordination :**

\- Schedule client calls, demos, and meetings.

\- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the system.

• *4\) Market Research \& Strategy :**

\- Research industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.

\- Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies.

\- Assist in creating outreach campaigns and value\-driven communication content.

• *Skills \& Qualifications :**

• *3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (In IT services only)**.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound outreach.

• *Good understanding of IT services like mobile apps, web development, AI/ML, and automation (basic level is fine).**

Result\-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

A proactive, positive, and target\-driven mindset.

Ability to build rapport with international clients.

Strong follow\-up skills and attention to detail.

Eagerness to grow into a business development role.
