Mid-Level Social Media Manager

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In\-Office / On\-Site) Salary: ₹50,000 per month About the Role A leading real estate channel partner company based in Noida is looking for a dynamic and creative Mid\-Level Social Media Manager. In this role, you will lead our social media presence across platforms, creating engaging campaigns that showcase real estate projects, drive audience engagement, and strengthen our brand positioning. Alongside managing organic social media strategies, you will also coordinate with and oversee the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure paid campaigns and social efforts are aligned for maximum impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility. Create monthly campaign plans aligned with business objectives, sales goals, and market opportunities. Conceptualize fresh, trend\-driven content ideas to connect with property buyers, investors, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with in\-house teams, photographers, and designers to maintain brand consistency and quality. Review, edit, and guide content creation, ensuring professional and impactful output. Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to synchronize organic and paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize both social and paid strategies. Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns relevant and engaging. Requirements 3\+ years of experience in social media marketing (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory). Proven ability to manage end\-to\-end social campaigns with measurable success. Familiarity with performance marketing and ability to align organic \+ paid strategies. Strong understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X). Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative strategy skills. Leadership ability to coordinate with cross\-functional teams. Analytical mindset with data\-driven decision\-making skills.
