#### **Must Have**

• **3\+ years of relevant software development experience** with strong proficiency in Python
• Strong knowledge of **Python web frameworks** such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Hands\-on experience developing and integrating **REST and/or GraphQL APIs** .
• Understanding of **relational and/or NoSQL databases** , including schema design and efficient querying.
• Experience writing **clean, testable, maintainable Python code** following development standards and best practices.
• Experience with **unit and integration testing** for backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with **Git** , including branching strategies and pull request workflows.
• Understanding of **CI/CD pipelines** and automated deployment processes.
• Strong **problem\-solving and debugging skills** , with the ability to analyze requirements, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving **production issues and backend/API defects** .
• Ability to participate effectively in **code reviews** and collaborate with senior engineers and peers.
• Experience working in an **Agile/Scrum environment** , including sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives.
• Strong **communication and collaboration skills** to work effectively with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
• Ability to work **independently as well as collaboratively** in a cross\-functional environment.
• **Upper\-Intermediate English or higher** , both written and verbal, for effective communication in a multicultural environment.

#### **Nice to Have**

• Experience with **React** for building or integrating frontend components.
• Experience with **cloud platforms** such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Emphasize on AWS.
• Hands\-on experience with **Docker** for containerizing and running applications.
• Experience designing and building **scalable, reliable backend services** .
• Exposure to **performance optimization and system reliability improvements** .
• Experience working closely with **product and design teams** to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
