Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2–6 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center industry. The ideal candidate must have strong Advanced MS Excel skills and hands\-on experience handling sales data, data churning, performance reporting, and campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and BPO operations.
• Manage, clean, validate, and analyse large volumes of sales and calling data.
• Prepare agent\-wise, team\-wise, and campaign\-wise performance reports.
• Track sales targets, achievements, conversion rates, productivity, and lead performance.
• Generate reports on call volumes, connected calls, follow\-ups, and sales conversions.
• Perform data churning, data filtering, duplicate removal, and data validation.
• Develop dashboards and performance trackers using Advanced Excel.
• Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other Excel formulas.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Sales Teams, and Dialer Teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and confidentiality of business information.
• Support management with data\-driven insights for operational and sales decisions.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, preferably in the BPO/Call Center sector.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
• Hands\-on experience in sales data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of data churning, data cleaning, data validation, and analysis.
• Experience preparing daily productivity, sales, and performance reports.
• Understanding of BPO sales processes, targets, and conversion metrics.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dialer platforms such as Ameyo, Drishti, Avaya, or Genesys.
• Knowledge of campaign strategies and dialer performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Macros, or VBA.
• Experience in data automation and dashboard preparation.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with previous BPO sales process experience and strong hands\-on exposure to Advanced Excel, sales reporting, and data analysis will be preferred.
