E Textile Expo is a fast\-growing e\-commerce company based in Surat, specialising in premium silk sarees and Indian ethnic wear. We sell across Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, IndiaMART and our own B2B network to customers across India. Founded in 2019, we are now scaling from a small core team to a 34\-member organisation across 7 departments, with a clear 5\-year vision.
We are looking for a sharp, detail\-obsessed MIS Executive who will become the single source of truth for the entire business. You will sit at the centre of all 7 departments — Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement and Customer Service — and convert raw data from marketplace panels, internal trackers and field reports into clean dashboards and decision\-ready reports for the Founder.
This is not a back\-office data\-entry role. You will directly influence weekly strategy, vendor decisions, ROAS calls, hiring plans and cash flow allocation. If you love spreadsheets, dashboards and turning chaos into clarity, this role is built for you.
- *Daily \& Weekly Reporting**
- Prepare and circulate daily sales reports across Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra and IndiaMART by 11 AM every day.
- Track catalog\-level performance: launches, winners, repeats, returns, RTO and dead stock — across 8 catalogs per week.
- Build weekly MIS packs covering GMV, gross margin, ROAS, returns %, vendor payments and B2B credit ageing.
- *Dashboards \& Automation**
- Design and maintain live dashboards in Google Sheets, Power BI or Tableau for each department head.
- Automate repetitive reporting workflows using Google Apps Script, Excel macros and Power Query.
- Build self\-service trackers so department heads can pull their own numbers without depending on you for every query.
- *Marketplace \& Channel Data**
- Pull and consolidate seller\-panel data from Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho and Myntra — orders, returns, settlements, ad spends, ROAS.
- Reconcile marketplace payouts against actual sales and flag discrepancies, short\-payments and SPF / commission errors.
- Maintain a master SKU sheet linking COGS, MOQ, vendor, channel\-wise pricing and stock position.
- *Cross\-Functional Support**
- Sales: track Sales Trio performance (Before\-CRM, Field, After\-CRM), conversion rates and B2B credit ageing.
- Operations: monitor dispatch TAT, courier\-wise RTO, warehouse stock and reorder triggers.
- Finance: support OD account tracking, vendor payment cycles (60 days) and Profit First allocation reports.
- HR: maintain headcount, hiring funnel, attendance and productivity\-per\-employee data.
- Build month\-end review decks for the Founder with variance analysis vs. plan.
- Flag early warning signals — ROAS slipping below kill rules, returns spiking, vendor delays, B2B overdues.
- Participate in weekly review meetings and own the action\-tracker output.
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query, Power Pivot.
- Google Sheets at expert level — including QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE and Apps Script for automation.
- Hands\-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for building interactive dashboards.
- Working knowledge of marketplace seller panels — at least 2 of Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra.
- Strong number sense — ability to spot anomalies, reconcile data and explain variances in plain language.
- Clean, structured communication in English and Hindi or Gujarati for cross\-team coordination.
- Experience in e\-commerce, D2C, retail or textile / saree industry.
- Exposure to ERP, Unicommerce, Easyecom, Browntape or similar order management systems.
- Basic SQL or Python for data handling.
- Understanding of inventory management, ROAS, contribution margin and unit economics.
- Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of full\-time MIS / Data Analyst experience, preferably in e\-commerce or retail.
- Stable career history — we value people who stay and grow with the business.
- Salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month, based on skill and experience.
