Role Overview
We are looking for an MIS Executive (Advanced Excel) who is passionate about working with data and has strong expertise in Microsoft Excel. This role is focused entirely on data management, reporting, and MIS activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, creating reports, maintaining trackers, and ensuring data accuracy across various business functions. If Excel is your strongest skill and you enjoy working with numbers and structured information, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle and organize sales, order, customer, and CRM\-related data.
- Create and update Excel\-based trackers and reports.
- Generate business reports for management and operational teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
- Analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Support internal teams with data extraction and reporting requirements.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of business data.
- Prepare summaries and dashboards to support decision\-making.
Required SkillsMandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- IF Functions
- Data Cleaning \& Formatting
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience working with CRM or customer databases.
- Exposure to MIS reporting and business analytics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, Data Management, or Reporting roles.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Candidates from Gurugram, Delhi NCR, or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable working from the office at Ambience Mall, Gurugram.
