MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in SQL, Advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint (PPT). The candidate will be responsible for managing operational data, preparing MIS reports, analysing performance metrics, and developing presentations to support business operations and management decisions in the Power Utility sector.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Extract, manage, and analyse large datasets using SQL queries.
• Develop and maintain Excel\-based reports using advanced formulas and functions.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, client meetings, and business performance updates.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance, including field operations and project\-related data.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and highlight performance gaps.
• Consolidate data received from different teams, project locations, and operational departments.
• Automate regular reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely collection and submission of operational data.

Required Technical Skills

• **SQL:** Strong knowledge of Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Aggregate Functions, and Data Extraction.
• **MS Excel:** Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data analysis.
• **MS PowerPoint:** Ability to prepare professional presentations, management dashboards, and performance review decks.
• Good understanding of database management and data analytics.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Eligibility \& Experience

• B.Tech or Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands\-on experience in SQL and Advanced Excel is mandatory.
• Experience in the Power, Energy, DISCOM, or Power Utility sector will be preferred.
• Understanding of operational reporting and project performance monitoring will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
