• *Job Description – MIS Executive**

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented MIS Executive who can manage daily reports, maintain Excel data, prepare business performance reports, and coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain sales, inventory, stock, order and dispatch reports.
• Prepare Excel reports using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas and other functions.
• Consolidate data from different departments and verify its accuracy.
• Track order status, pending orders, stock movement and dispatch details.
• Prepare reports for management review and business analysis.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with the E\-commerce, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Operations teams.
• Identify data discrepancies and prepare summaries for management.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
• Good data management and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• *Experience:** 1–3 years in MIS reporting or a similar role.
• *Qualification:** Graduate in any stream; B.Com, BBA or related qualification preferred.
• *Salary:** ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

• *Preferred Candidate:** A candidate with strong Excel skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prepare reports independently.
