MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Sales MIS Executive to support the sales team through accurate data management, sales reporting, performance tracking, and analysis. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales databases, preparing MIS reports, and providing timely insights to support management decision\-making.

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.

2\. Track sales targets, achievements, order bookings, dispatches, and pending orders.

3\. Maintain sales data, dealer\-wise performance, customer records, and sales trackers.

4\. Develop Excel\-based reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review.

5\. Analyse sales trends and identify gaps against targets.

6\. Coordinate with sales team members to collect, verify, and consolidate sales data.

7\. Monitor dealer network performance, product\-wise sales, and regional sales performance.

8\. Track order status, sales pipeline, and other relevant sales KPIs.

9\. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of sales reports.

10\. Assist management with data analysis and other sales\-related reporting requirements.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

· Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in MIS, preferably in sales reporting or sales operations.

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.

· Good analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.

· Experience in preparing dashboards and handling large datasets.

· Strong coordination, communication, and time\-management skills.

· Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and Power BI will be an added advantage.

· Able to work with deadlines and manage multiple reporting requirements.

· Comfortable coordinating with sales teams and management.

· Capable of identifying data discrepancies and ensuring report accuracy.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
