• *Tech Lead – Full Stack .NET and AI**

• *About the role**

You will lead a team building web applications in C\# and Blazor that use large language models, and make sure they are well tested from the start.

• *What you will do**

• Lead the design and build of web applications using C\#, Blazor and TypeScript
• Build agentic workflows that plan, call tools and act on enterprise systems, including tool access through the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Build NLP\-to\-SQL features that let users query business data in plain language, safely and with auditability
• Run models locally with Ollama or vLLM where data must stay on customer premises
• Design retrieval with vector databases such as ChromaDB
• Set up front\-end test automation with Playwright, and containerise applications with Docker
• Lead 5–8 engineers through planning, reviews and delivery

• *What you will need**

• 8–12 years in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
• Strong C\# and .NET, including Blazor, and TypeScript for front\-end work
• Local LLM inferencing with Ollama or vLLM, including model selection, quantisation trade\-offs and serving on GPU or CPU
• Enterprise AI orchestration with Microsoft Semantic Kernel, LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Shipped agentic workflows or NLP\-to\-SQL features to production users, beyond simple chatbots
• Playwright or a similar front\-end automation tool
• SQL, REST and Docker

• *Good to have**

• Building MCP servers
• ChromaDB or other vector databases
• Evaluation and guardrails for LLM output (for example prompt testing and SQL validation)
• Azure or AWS experience

• *Education**

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field, or MCA
