• *About the role**

You will test web and mobile applications, write test cases, and start automating them with guidance from senior engineers.

• *What you will do**

• Write and run test cases for new features
• Log defects with clear steps and evidence
• Write and maintain basic automated tests
• Take part in regression testing before each release

• *What you will need**

• 1–3 years in software testing
• Good understanding of test design and the defect life cycle
• Basic programming in Python, Java, C\# or JavaScript
• Web application testing

• Playwright or Selenium
• Using GenAI prompts or AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to generate test data or draft first\-cut test cases
• Mobile app testing
• ISTQB Foundation

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field, or MCA
