We’re hiring a **Motion Designer (Not Video Editor)** who can bring creativity, problem\-solving, and ownership to our team. • *Required Skills:**

• Adobe After Effects \& Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced)
• Adobe Media Encoder (working knowledge)
• AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Freepik AI, Weavy AI etc..
• Figma (basic, for importing designs)
• Strong understanding of animation principles \& motion graphics
• Familiarity with plugins, scripts, libraries, and animation trends
• Basic knowledge of SFX \& Music for animation
• Ability to design/animate icons, typography, app/web design, and other visual elements.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Translate storyboards into engaging animations
• Build motion graphics using app design, web design, icons, and typography
• Import Figma designs into After Effects and animate them effectively
• Deliver optimized MP4/GIF exports for social media
• Organize and manage daily animation tasks with a focus on future planning
• Maintain a minimal, clean, and modern animation style in line with design trends
• Create storylines using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Solve problems independently and contribute solutions to the team
