We are looking for a **creative and detail\-oriented Motion Designer \& Reel Editor** with hands\-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, short\-form content creation, and AI\-powered video editing tools.

The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging Instagram Reels, social media videos, promotional films, and AI\-enhanced video content with smooth transitions, creative storytelling, and professional visual quality.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and brand films.
• Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects.
• Use AI\-powered tools for video generation, enhancement, editing, and creative effects.
• Work with AI\-generated images and video clips to produce professional content.
• Perform colour correction, audio synchronisation, sound effects, and video enhancement.
• Ensure smooth storytelling, accurate timing, and high\-quality video output.
• Understand creative briefs, implement feedback, and deliver projects on time.
• Maintain daily work trackers and communicate project progress clearly.

• *Required Skills \& Expertise**

• **Adobe Premiere Pro:** Hands\-on experience in professional video editing (mandatory).
• **Motion Graphics:** Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar motion design tools.
• **AI Video Tools:** Familiarity with Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI video generation and editing platforms.
• **Reel Editing:** Strong understanding of social media trends, pacing, transitions, and engaging video storytelling.
• **Video Production:** Basic knowledge of colour grading, audio editing, visual effects, and video formats.
• **Creativity:** Good visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to develop creative video concepts.
• **Communication:** Good English communication skills and ability to understand project requirements.
• **Work Management:** Ability to maintain Excel/Google Sheets work trackers and meet deadlines.

• *Experience \& Qualifications**

• Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience** in video editing, reel editing, or motion graphics.
• Practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and AI\-assisted video editing.
• Ability to create professional social media reels and short promotional films.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and AI\-generated content is required.
