• *About the Role:**

We are seeking a **talented and versatile Motion \& Graphic Designer** who can bring creativity to both static and dynamic visuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling ability, and technical skills to produce engaging visuals for digital, print, and video platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conceptualize and design **visual content** including posters, banners, logos, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Create **motion graphics, explainer videos, and animations** for marketing and brand communication.
• Edit and enhance video content with visual effects, transitions, and sound design.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and branding teams to maintain **visual consistency** across all materials.
• Adapt and optimize creatives for different platforms — print, social media, and digital ads.
• Stay updated with the latest **design trends, tools, and technologies** to bring innovation to projects.

• *Required Software Skills (Must at least 4 of them):**

• **Adobe Photoshop** – Image editing, retouching, and layout creation
• **Adobe Illustrator** – Vector graphics and logo design
• **Adobe Premiere Pro** – Video editing and sequencing
• **Adobe After Effects** – Motion graphics, animation
• **CorelDRAW** – Print and layout design

• *Optional (Preferred):**

• **Blender 3D** – 3D modelling, rendering, and animation

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
• Proven experience or portfolio showcasing **creative design and motion work**.
• Strong understanding of **colour theory, composition, and typography**.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with **attention to detail and deadlines**.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• *Bonus Skills (Good to Have):**

• Experience with branding and campaign design.
• Familiarity with sound design or music synchronization for videos.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
