Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Motion Graphics Designer (Video)** to create engaging visual content that explains product features, enhances storytelling, and delivers polished digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in motion design, UI animation, video editing, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and animated videos for product demos, marketing campaigns, social media, and educational content.
• Design animated text, icons, transitions, and visual elements to explain product features and workflows clearly.
• Produce screen recording videos and UI animations showcasing product dashboards with smooth cursor movements, click effects, and interface highlights.
• Develop engaging kinetic typography animations to emphasize key messages and improve audience engagement.
• Create and animate 2D characters and supporting visual elements to enhance storytelling.
• Edit and assemble video assets while maintaining strong pacing, visual consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to transform scripts, storyboards, and concepts into high\-quality videos.
• Add sound effects, motion transitions, and visual enhancements to improve the overall viewing experience.
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms, including web, social media, presentations, and product walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in **Adobe After Effects** and **Adobe Premiere Pro**.
• Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and professional video editing.
• Strong understanding of UI animation and screen recording workflows.
• Ability to create engaging kinetic typography and dynamic text animations.
• Experience in 2D character animation.
• Good understanding of timing, composition, transitions, visual storytelling, and animation principles.
• Familiarity with **Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop**.
• Knowledge of AI\-powered video creation and editing tools (such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Motion Graphics or Video Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, explainer videos, and product\-related content.
• Experience creating videos for **SaaS, AI, technology, or B2B products** will be preferred.

Bonus Skills

• Lottie animations
• Basic 3D motion design (Cinema 4D or Blender)
• Sound design and video optimization for digital platforms
