Motion Graphic Designer

• *What You'll Do**

• **⁠** ⁠Design and animate UI micro\-interactions, page transitions and onboarding flows for web and app projects, and hand them off cleanly to developers.
• ⁠ ⁠Build brand motion systems: animated logos, motion principles, type animation and reusable templates.
• ⁠ ⁠Produce Lottie and lightweight web\-ready animations for landing pages and Shopify stores, with performance in mind.
• ⁠ ⁠Create product animations and short\-form video for launches, ads and social, including 3D renders where the project calls for it.
• ⁠ ⁠Work with designers early to shape how something moves, not after the static design is locked.
• ⁠ ⁠Keep the studio's motion library organized so the team can reuse it.

• *What We're Looking For**

• **⁠ ⁠**A strong portfolio showing UI motion and brand motion. Reels with only flashy transitions won't cut it; we want to see timing, easing and restraint.
• ⁠ ⁠Expert in After Effects and Figma (Smart Animate, prototyping).
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable exporting to Lottie (Bodymovin) and knowing what breaks on the web.
• ⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of at least one 3D tool (Blender, Cinema 4D or Spline).
• ⁠ ⁠A clear grasp of easing, timing, hierarchy and storytelling in motion.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to take feedback, iterate fast and explain your decisions.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
