Job Overview

Vavensoft Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Motion Graphic Designer \& Video Content Creator** with hands\-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating engaging visual content, promotional videos, reels, and animations, preferably for IT, SaaS, or software development companies. Candidates should be passionate about creative storytelling, visual communication, and producing content that supports digital marketing and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animated videos, promotional videos, and visual content for IT and SaaS products.
• Edit reels, short\-form videos, product demos, explainer videos, and marketing content.
• Develop video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Convert technical concepts, software features, and business ideas into engaging visual stories.
• Create storyboards, visual concepts, scripts, thumbnails, banners, and other creative assets.
• Add animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and brand communication materials.
• Maintain visual consistency and ensure the quality of all creative deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing, or content creation.
• Hands\-on knowledge of video editing and creative content production.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience creating reels, promotional videos, animated graphics, and social media content.
• Understanding of video storytelling, visual composition, typography, transitions, and animation principles.
• Ability to transform ideas and scripts into engaging visual content.
• Good understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with an IT company, SaaS company, software development company, or digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of SaaS product videos, software demonstrations, explainer videos, and technology\-focused content.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and LinkedIn content creation.
• Understanding of content marketing, brand awareness, and lead\-generation campaigns.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must be able to share a portfolio or samples of their previous work, including:

• Motion graphics and animated videos.
• Reels and short\-form video content.
• Promotional and explainer videos.
• IT, SaaS, or software\-related creative projects, if available.
