Motion Graphics Video Editor

CandidShutters Media is looking for an experienced and passionate Motion Graphic Video Editor. He/She would be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and videos that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience.

• *Job Location: SS Omnia, Sector 86, Gurgaon**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Motion Graphics:***

• Developing video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce visually stunning motion graphics for online campaigns, social media, other digital platforms, websites, presentations, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling motion graphic content.
• Editing and enhancing videos using industry\-standard software, incorporating animations, effects, transitions, and audio elements.

• **Understanding of Marketing:***

• Stay abreast of latest marketing trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Translate marketing goals into visually compelling and effective design solutions.

• **Social Media Creatives:***

• Create attractive visuals for social media platforms that align with the brand and marketing strategy.
• Work closely with the social media team to create engaging content for various client campaigns.

• **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:***

• Utilize Adobe tools such as After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator to create high\-quality dynamic visuals.
• Stay updated on the latest features and tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.

• *Key Qualifications:**

• **Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.

• **Preferred Skills:***

• 1\. Proven experience of at least 3 years in motion graphics design and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work preferably from the corporate sector.
• 2\.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.
• 3\. Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into visual content.
• 4\. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.
• Creative thinking and problem\-solving abilities.
• Experience with 3D modeling, or animation is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
