• *Job Overview:**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Motion Graphics Designer \& Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, animations, and video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in animation principles, storytelling, and post\-production workflows, along with hands\-on expertise in industry\-standard software.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Create high\-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital platforms.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content with strong narrative flow.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling.
• Design and animate typography, graphics, and layouts for videos.
• Perform compositing tasks including green screen keying, rotoscoping, and tracking.
• Apply color grading techniques to maintain visual consistency and enhance storytelling.
• Integrate VFX elements such as particles, lighting effects, and 3D components into videos.
• Ensure audio is synchronized effectively with visuals, including basic sound design and mixing.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and video editing.

• *Software Proficiency:**

• **Adobe After Effects:**
• Expertise in 2D/3D animation, compositing, motion tracking, and visual effects.
• **Adobe Premiere Pro:**

Strong command of timeline\-based editing, narrative pacing, transitions, and final output rendering.

• **Cinema 4D / Blender (Optional):**

Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows.Ability to create vector\-based graphics and prepare assets for animation.Skills in matte painting, texture creation, and advanced image manipulation.**Required Skills:**

• Strong understanding of timing, spacing, squash \& stretch, anticipation, and ease\-in/ease\-out principles.
• **Typography \& Layout:**

Expertise in kinetic typography, visual hierarchy, and preparing 2D assets for motion design.

• **Compositing:**

Proficiency in green screen keying, planar tracking, rotoscoping, and multi\-pass compositing.Knowledge of 10\-bit color workflows, LUTs, and color correction techniques.Ability to integrate particle systems, lighting effects, and 3D elements into live\-action footage.Basic understanding of audio mixing, syncing visuals with beats, and enhancing overall video impact.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
