As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O) Technical practitioner at Deloitte USI Consulting Services, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise\-scale D365 F\&O technical solutions spanning custom development, integrations, data migrations, and reporting, collaborating with cross\-functional and global teams to translate client functional and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and high\-quality deliverables. You will independently manage technical workstream responsibilities while guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, from estimation and planning through build, testing, cutover, and post\-go\-live support, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and project delivery standards.

• *Work you'll do**

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Emerging ERP Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations technical solutions across the project lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and support technical solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations, including customizations, extensions, reports, and integrations
• Translate business, functional, and integration requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation deliverables
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post\-go\-live activities across implementation engagements
• Collaborate with functional, integration, onsite, offshore, and client technology teams to support end\-to\-end solution delivery
• Create technical documentation, resolve defects, and contribute to delivery standards, reuse, and quality across project workstreams

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built\-in industry\-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.

• *Location:** Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

• *Shift Timings:** 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements

• *Qualifications**

Required

• 6\+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations technical roles
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations technical capabilities including SQL Server Reporting Services, X\+\+, C\#, Business Event Framework, web services, Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake, Power Platform, Data Management Framework, workflows, reporting, and integration patterns including file\-based integrations, dual\-write, virtual entities, and OData
• Experience on at least 1 end\-to\-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations enterprise resource planning implementation project in a technical role
• Experience translating functional and integration requirements into technical designs, integrations, enhancements, and data entity solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps for environment management, source control, build pipelines, and continuous integration/continuous deployment automation
• Experience creating technical design documents, conducting unit testing, supporting test cycles, and resolving technical defects
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred

• Experience with data migrations and extract, transformation, and load processes
• Experience coordinating end\-to\-end testing and cutover activities with client technology teams and boundary systems
• Experience designing or implementing security roles, duties, privileges, and permission sets in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations
• Experience with Dataverse for data modeling, integration, and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Experience with Copilot agents and artificial intelligence\-driven extensions within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Active Microsoft Dynamics certification
