We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **E\-Commerce Manager** to manage and optimize our presence on leading online marketplaces such as **Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **product listing, cataloging, account management**, and **payment reconciliation**. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external marketplace representatives to ensure smooth operations and growth in online sales.
- Manage and update product listings and catalogs across Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Handle day\-to\-day account operations on respective marketplaces.
- Coordinate with category managers and buyers on promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal events.
- Monitor order processing, returns, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular payment and sales reconciliation with marketplace reports.
- Track platform performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and platform policies.
- Work with cross\-functional teams (warehouse, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve listing issues or discrepancies to maintain high product visibility and rankings.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing e\-commerce operations on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio.
- Strong knowledge of listing tools, templates, and platform\-specific guidelines.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and platform representatives.
