National Operations Manager

Position Details – National Operations Manager

Roles \& Responsibility –

• Lead end\-to\-end warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, dispatch, and reverse logistics processes.
• Manage the national logistics network, transportation, freight operations, and 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries and cost\-effective operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, audits, and effective management of warehouse operations and inventory movement.
• Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs while ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, safety standards, and operational audits.
• Monitor warehouse budgets, logistics costs, MIS reports, and operational KPIs, driving cost optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Lead warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teams while collaborating with sales, procurement, finance, e\-commerce, and customer service teams to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements –

• 5\+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, e\-commerce, or 3PL operations, with exposure to managing multi\-location operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, OMS, WMS, inventory management, logistics planning, and MS Excel (Pivot Tables \& VLOOKUP).
• Hands\-on experience in vendor management, freight optimization, warehouse operations, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹125,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
