Job Summary

BlueBenz Digitization is looking for an experienced **.NET Technical Lead** to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications and payment\-driven platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core Web API, Angular, MongoDB, and SQL Server, along with hands\-on experience integrating US\-based payment gateways and understanding PCI\-DSS compliance requirements.

The candidate will lead a development team, collaborate with clients, drive technical decisions, and ensure secure, high\-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide developers while ensuring code quality and timely project delivery.
• Design and develop scalable applications using C\#, ASP.NET Core Web API, MVC, and Angular.
• Design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB and SQL Server databases.
• Integrate and manage US\-based payment gateways such as Stripe, IntelliPay, or similar platforms.
• Implement payment workflows, including authorization, capture, refunds, recurring payments, subscriptions, and transaction reconciliation.
• Work with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth, and secure payment processing workflows.
• Ensure adherence to PCI\-DSS requirements, data security standards, tokenization, and application security best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and share project updates.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture designs, and API integration documents.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C\#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core Web API, and MVC.
• Hands\-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.
• **Mandatory: Hands\-on experience integrating US\-based payment gateways such as Stripe, IntelliPay, or similar providers.**
• Understanding of payment processing, tokenization, PCI\-DSS compliance, and secure transaction handling.
• Proven technical leadership, problem\-solving, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client\-handling skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ideal Candidate

• 5–7 years of relevant software development experience.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands\-on with development and architecture.
• Experience delivering secure, scalable, payment\-integrated applications.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and taking ownership of technical delivery.
