• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Network \& System Administrator** with **2–5 years of experience** to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable network connectivity, maintaining servers, managing security protocols, and supporting internal IT operations in a fast\-paced IT services environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Install, configure, and maintain **network infrastructure**, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Manage and maintain **Windows/Linux servers** including installation, patching, monitoring, and upgrades.
• Administer **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access management**.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot **network, server, and infrastructure issues**.
• Implement and manage **network security systems**, including firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and VPN access.
• Perform **regular system backups and disaster recovery management**.
• Support **cloud infrastructure and virtualization platforms** such as VMware, Hyper\-V, or AWS/Azure (if applicable).
• Provide **L2 technical support** for internal teams regarding system and network issues.
• Maintain documentation for **network architecture, system configurations, and IT policies**.
• Coordinate with vendors for **hardware procurement, upgrades, and maintenance**.
• Ensure **IT compliance, security standards, and system availability** across the organization.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of **TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Windows Server Administration and Linux environments**.
• Experience managing **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers**.
• Familiarity with **firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, etc.)**.
• Experience with **virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper\-V)**.
• Knowledge of **network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques**.
• Understanding of **IT security practices and backup solutions**.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering**.
• Certifications such as **CCNA, CompTIA Network\+, MCSA, RHCSA, or equivalent**.
• Experience in **IT services or product\-based company environments**.
