We are looking for a highly skilled Network Automation Engineer – SDN to join our team for an exciting contract engagement.

Position Details

✅ Role: Network Automation Engineer – SDN

✅ Duration: 6 Months(initially)

✅ Experience Required: 7–9 Years

✅ Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon

✅ Mode of Work: Hybrid

Required Skills \& Experience

✅ 7–9 years of experience in Network Test Automation

✅ Strong expertise in Robot Framework, Selenium WebDriver, and Python

✅ Experience designing and developing automation test frameworks from scratch

✅ Hands\-on experience with

✅ Ethernet Services

✅ AS8220 – IP Access \& IP Transit Services

✅ AS3356 – IP Transit Services

✅ AS3356 – BGP Filter Configurator Automation

✅ Strong understanding of Layer\-2 and Layer\-3 network protocols

✅ Experience automating network test cases and validation processes

✅ Proficiency with Linux environments

✅ Experience with Azure DevOps ecosystem

✅ Azure Repos (Git)

✅ Azure Pipelines

✅ CI/CD Implementation

✅ Hands\-on experience with Docker

✅ Experience in GUI and API automation testing using Robot Framework and Selenium WebDriver

✅ Performance testing experience using Locust

✅ API testing experience using Postman and REST APIs

✅ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem\-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain network automation testing frameworks

Automate Layer\-2 and Layer\-3 network protocol test scenarios

Build and execute GUI, API, and performance test suites

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Validate REST APIs and network services through automated testing

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand testing requirements

Debug and resolve automation and network\-related issues

Ensure high\-quality deliverables through effective test planning, execution, and reporting

Drive automation best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
