• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive Network \& Office Administrator to manage the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth day\-to\-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills along with experience in office administration and vendor coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, internet connectivity, and overall network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and user accounts.
• Ensure regular data backups, antivirus updates, software patching, and system security.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranties, and procurement records.
• Coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, and AMC partners for timely issue resolution.
• Oversee office administration, facility maintenance, housekeeping, and utility management.
• Monitor office stationery and IT consumables inventory and coordinate procurement.
• Maintain documentation for IT assets, service requests, maintenance logs, and vendor contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, office operations, and overall efficiency.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2\+ years of experience in Network Administration, IT Support, or Office Administration.
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, routers, switches, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT asset management, user access management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong problem\-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
