Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Network SME with strong expertise in enterprise WAN, SDWAN, Routing \& Switching, Security (Firewall), and Network Operations.

Network \& Security Expertise

. SME level understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, WAN technologies, and security

. Network design, deployment, migration, and operational support experience

. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Network Equipment, Software, Transport Systems, and Cabling Infrastructure

. Perform IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds \& Changes) activities

. Support protocols under Technical Architecture \& Product Standards

. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, routing, and operational issues

. Ability to independently handle production incidents, RCA, and bridge calls

. Good understanding of ITIL Framework and Service Management processes

. Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. Lead the technical bridges for all major incidents

. Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time

. Monitor 'open' tickets
