We are looking for a dynamic, target\-driven, and experienced **Network / Business Expansion Manager** to drive our company's growth
In this role, you will be responsible for driving corporate growth by acquiring new partners, in the assigned market, and You will pitch, secure, and onboard entrepreneurial partners / strategic partners and building strategic partner ecosystems
Your ultimate goal is to convert qualified leads into operational franchise partners while ensuring strict alignment with our brand values.
You will identify and explore market opportunities, onboard strategic partners, and scale our business brand and growth.
· **Identification:** Identify the right potential prospects in assigned demographics areas for expansion.
· **Pipeline Management:** Source, evaluate, and build a robust pipeline of prospective franchisees, dealers, or partners.
· **Proactive Lead Generation**: Hunt and build a robust pipeline of prospective franchise partners through cold calling, field visits, digital sourcing, and professional networks.
· **Partner Onboarding**: Lead the entire onboarding lifecycle, from initial pitch to final contract signing.
· **Target Achievement:** Own and exceed quarterly and annual network growth and revenue targets.
· **Relationship Management:** Maintain long\-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure operational success.
· **System \& Platform Training:** Educate partners on internal software, portal operations, quotation engines, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
· **Cross\-Functional Setup:** Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to facilitate smooth market entry.
